If you follow me on instagram you know I love to workout, 7 days a week. I’ll workout 6 days a week if I feel a little off one day though. Missing a day gets me really antsy, I like to start my day with a workout. I feel like I am productive and it really sets me up to have a good day.
Gym clothes and equipment are things I can be pretty picky on, ESPECIALLY leggings. I need them high waisted, stretchy, but not see through and they don’t dig into my skin. I don’t think that’s a lot to ask for lol. While I try not to be the biggest diva by always matching or color coordinating, I do feel better when my outfit is in sync.
I get a good amount of questions on the pieces I wear and what I use when I workout. Luckily for you and me I LOVE amazon and a lot of my clothes I buy from there!
During the pandemic I had to workout at home for about 3-4 months until the gyms were able to open back up. I actually really love working out at home, it doesn’t stop me from getting a good sweat sesh going. There are a few things I do love to use that really get your body sweating. I love resistance bands, a good mat because concrete hurts lol, gloves to my hands stay nice and soft, etc.

These are the best crop tops, and they come in a three pack, I just ordered another set so that I don’t run out. They come in different color combos too, but you know I’m a neutral girl so I needed the grey, white, and black! Tie Dye is IN right now and when I saw this tie dye crop on amazon I HAD to buy it.
Florida it HOT right now and I don’t really like to wear leggings these days so I’ve had to get some biker shorts. I think I really lucked out because I bought some and they were so comfy, high waisted and really helped flatten my stomach. I have about 4 on rotation right now, I will probably buy more colors though! BTW I am a size small in all of these pieces. The first pair of shorts I bought in black and the pink ones!
Now let’s talk about what I use to workout! If I’m home, I don’t have access to a lot of weights or machines, but I always get a good workout in either way. I bought a couple of weights, resistance bands, a mat and gloves and really that’s all you need! I got the pink set of resistance bands from Letsfit, they’re cute and have 5 different resistance level bands. A good mat is a must, I hate the super thin ones because they hurt my back and might as well not even be there imo. I like this thick one, much more comfortable! Same thing with my gloves, I need them thick so that when I’m lifting it doesn’t rub against my skin. The gloves I linked are super good and also provide really good wrist support too!
I have a set of 5lb and 10lb weights and they are pretty much all I need for a good workout. You really don’t need a lot to workout, I feel like people think they do and it stops them. But the reality is you don’t and I post my home workouts all the time on my instagram and sometimes it’s just bodyweight so there you go lol.
